We accept trial/small order:

- total value less than USD.10K, price no include FOB fee and additional 5% for handling.
- total value less than USD.20K, but more than USD.10K, price no include FOB fee.
- total value more than USD.20K, price include FOB fee.

Q: What is normal delivery time?

A:Ranging from 25 days-45 days depending on QTY and number of items.

Q: What is normal payment?

A:

- Option 1: 30% deposit, 70% by T/T against copy of shipping documents.

- Option 2: 100% by L/C at sight.

Q: Are all products showing in the website?

A: No,website only shows the regular and popular products,some special or customized products not showing in website.

Q: Can I get free samples?

A: Yes, one free sample is available for client's testing.

Customer shall pay the courier fee for the samples,which would be deducted from the initial bulk order.

Q: Is there any possible to keep our deal/products as a secret?

A: Yes,if your order amount arrives to USD.1 millian for a style/serie per year, we will sign a agreement,that the style/serie no show or sell to other customer from the same market,and do it strictly.
